LaPriel was born to Joe and Theresa Gibson in Nevada 1950. She was of the Shoshone/Piute tribe of the Duck Valley Reservation, Owyhee Nevada. She married Stephen Douglass of Washington and had one daughter and two sons. She later married Ron Musgrave in Washington and became the step-mother of his son and daughter. She was a loving person with a heart of gold. She was always concerned with the well being of the ones she loved. She had many friends, more than she realized. She is greatly missed. She will be forever in my thoughts.
