Lou Ella Mills was born April 15, 1939 to Joe Oneal and Earline HIll. 



She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Joe Louis Mills. 



She leaves to cheris her memory, beloveth son James O'neal (Diane), 2 sisters Odessa Parker and Margaret Hill, 3 grandchildren Latisha Baker, Antonio Rogers, Tameka O'neal, 4 nieces and 7 nephews (2 deceased) a host of great nieces and nephews as well as friends.

A Tribute To Our Loving Grandmother

Friends came to comfort, brought flowers by the score, did many things to comfort, til the could do no more. We shall start another long and lonesome mile thinking of you so often, hungry to see your smile, we're trying to carry on as you would have us to do hoping to have you clasp our hands when our work on earth is through.
