Husband of Janet "Sassy" Anderson Bulotti. Brother of Marie Moncur(Hugh). Also leaves an extended family of children,stepchildren,grandchildren,nieces and nephews. Navy Retired served in the Korean and Viet Nam Wars.Enjoyed gardening,especially growing roses,also enjoyed building model ships. Fond of animals. He loved and adored his wife, Sassy. He will forever be in our hearts.
