Symon was our second son and was 26 years old when we lost him,his brief life included love for his parents and brother Damian and sister Elise. The final 3 years of his life were illuminated with the birth of his twin children Jaye and Rhonan who were born in April 2000, I will always recall the love and wonder that I saw in his face the first time I saw him hold his new born babies. Symon died without rhyme or reason, the autopsy was inconclusive, his death is considered to be "SADS" or "SUDDEN ADULT DEATH SYNDROME" associated to "Long QT Syndrome". While the pain of our loss has eased over the years it has never gone away, how could we ever forget our son, brother and mate, Symon James Donohue
