We want jake to be remembered as a fun loving caring 13 year old who was taken from us much much too soon. He had his whole life ahead of him but I think one thing that we can take comfort in is that the short life he did have was a fun one full of much love and friendships. He will always be remembered by all of us that love him. And this is just one way that we can share the pictures and the memories we all have of him.
